Flavors, Filling and Icing
We have many flavors of cakes and fillings that you can mix and match to your liking. Some of our popular combinations include the white satin cake paired with either the fresh strawberries or strawberry/banana in our fluffy whipped cream, or our carrot cake to die for with cream cheese filling.
Another well liked grouping is our sinfully delicious chocolate cake combined with white cake and matched with fillings such as our fabulous and creamy dulce de leche, rich chocolate mousse, or for that child in all of us, cookies-n-cream. There is nothing more refreshing than our Corona Sunset cake, which is s lemon cake with lemon mousse and a splash of raspberry. In the vein of fresh, you can’t go wrong with the white satin cake and the light, irresistible mango mousse. Of course is you’re looking for something more comforting and homey, we also have a red velvet cake which is usually filled with cream cheese. However, many prefer the marvelous marble cake with a raspberry/chocolate Bavarian that is positively heaven for your taste buds. Or perhaps you may want to pair the marble cake with our creamy, smooth vanilla Bavarian. For the chocolate lovers in the family, there is nothing like the chocolate cake with an Italian rum filling with a light rum drizzle inside the cake for that enhancement of flavor. A holiday favorite served in fall is our spice cake with cream cheese, or pumpkin mousse. Whichever combination fancies your liking most—you can be guaranteed that your friends and family will be talking about these delicious flavors for months!
