Throughout the year Tasteful Cakes hosts and participates in a variety of events throughout Southern California. One of the longest running and most significant in the community is the Mothers of the Military Cake Give-Away, which takes place on the Friday before Mother’s Day, each year, from 3:00pm to 7:00pm.
I've purchased several cakes and I am always glad I did so. Recently, had Leslie make a custom order Baptism cake...butter yellow with cookies and cream filling was GREAT! Everyone loved the cake and the design.

I went into this shop with an idea in my head for my husband's 40th birthday. I was looking for an old wooden coffin that was half dug up, bugs, and a skeleton trying to get out of the coffin. What they delivered was totally AWESOME. It was worth the money that I spent!!! Then this year, I was looking to purhcase some of the filling that was in the cake, all though they did not sell the filling, they were very helpful in giving me ideas on how to go about re-creating it! I am totally going to become a "repeat customer!"
