The sculpted half bottle of wine is a beautiful emanation of the winery the couple was getting married in. This contemporary four tier wedding cake is both simple and modern. The bottom tier is clean–covered in white fondant with two different sized fondant ribbons as bottom borders. The lucky recipient adored dolphins, and so we not only sculpted the cake into a wave in the ocean, but also sculpted two dolphins out of modeling chocolate. Here is a fantastic, celebratory cake for a goofy party animal turning 21. This cut-out number cake is simple and fun, with the detail being in the sculpted fondant drunk guy passed out with a beer in his hand. The touch of realistic plastic beer cans is a must for any beer lover.

Here we have a unique, cut out, double swimsuit cake. This adorable pair was done for a set of twins on the way–a very clever and cute way to celebrate such a gift. The purple suit is done with wide fondant stripes and green ruffles and the teal suit is made with big, white, fondant dots and pink striped edging. Each suit has a matching pair of piped buttercream sandals, and the suits are brought together with a pretty hibiscus in buttercream as well.
